Robinson Executive Vice President (212) 679-6020 November 2, 1972 BOARD MEETINGS SUBJECT: DECEMBER 5, 1972 TO: Board of Directors, Zinc Institute Lead Industries Association Gentlemen: The Chairman of the Board of Lead Industries Association has called for a meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, December 5 1972 at 10 o'clock in the morning in the offices of the Association, 292 Madison Avenue, New York, New York, 10017. In the absence of a chairman of the Zinc Institute Board of Direc tors, I am requesting that the Zinc Institute Board meet in the afternoon of the same day at 2 o'clock in the ZI offices. We will plan to hold a Joint luncheon for both Boards at 12:15 P.M. The major agenda item will be the proposed budgets for 1973 for the LIA and ZI as recommended by the Industry Development Committees of both or ganizations. The chairmen of the LIA/ZI Industry Development Committees will be in attendance. So that we may make the necessary plans, please let us know of your intentions to: (l) Attend the Board Meeting and (2) Attend the Joint luncheon.
