The changes consist of tbs removal of reference to MK-3 la the'heading and la

mark on the bottom of tbs bag*'.

As we diseusaed* this deletion of tbs MK-3- reference came about beeause all of tbs Mono-Kota producers are manufacturing only tha MCO product* Also* your testing of MK-1 and MCO indicated that tha MR-3 material was superior In fire resistance to the MR-1 materiel.
Since the reference to MKO has been dropped, we would suggest that pegs 3 of
section 1 of the Factory Inspection Manual be revised under Packaging to read
"Each bag of labeled material shall'contain instructions far application as
shewn on illustration no* J." along with e new photostat of tha current bag
