Abbeville, South Carolina 29620 Dear Bill: This letter is a follow-up presence of vinyl chloride, compound. to my letter of 11/28 regarding cadmium and zinc in Vista 46801 the PVC Vista has monitored personnel exposures to VCM while handling PVC compounds similar to this product and the results indicate generally non-detectable quantities of VCM in the air. Based on this, detectable quantities of VCM should not be emitted during normal processing. In regards to potential emissions of cadmium and zinc compounds, based on the concentrations present and the physical properties of these substances we believe emissions would be non-detectable.
