It is important that we take steps to carry out the recommendations of Pedco so that we continue to be in this position. I will expect you to initiate a program with the help and cooperation of the personnel department so that our employees are properly trained and that all necessary physical examinations are preformed. With continuing efforts such as this being carried out, we should have very little problem with the useage of asbestos in the plant and it can therefore continue to-be a very important ingredient in our welding electrodes. Please keep Dick Fesker and his personnel department advised as to the steps which we will take and if possible it would be wise if they preformed the training seminars since they hove extensive background in this area.
