Thank you for making it happen as well. The Governor appreciated the discussion on the issue. The Governor will mention today that she talked with the Administrator and he affirmed his commitment to the RFS. We appreciated the Administrator's comments on ethanol, RINs and point of obligation, but as the Governor said repeatably, the RVO for bio diesel needs to increase beyond the July 2.1 proposal as the industry did 2.8 in 2016 and are confident we can exceed that going forward.
We appreciate the open line of communication and continued discussion on this important topic. The Governor looks forward to seeing the Administrator in DC next week.

I hope that it helped to alleviate some of the Governor's concerns with some of the misinformation circulating about the RFS. Please know that we want an open line of communications with your office in case any future concerns arise.
At the Governor's press conference today, would she be willing to mention that she spoke to the Administrator today and he affirmed his commitment to the RFS? This is a commitment the Administrator will continue to emphasize and demonstrate this commitment when they visit next week.
