Personal Knowledge of Safety Rich Coleman will make up a list of safety topics and designate who will conduct each monthly meeting. Personal Safety Equipment The hearing conservation program has been initiated and signs have been purchased and installed on 2/24/84. All five minute escape masks are in place, and the portable eye wash in the motor control center has been filled to the proper level. Condition of Safety Equipment The signs missing on water and nitrogen stations on top deck of hydro have been replaced. A safety chain has been installed on the chain operated valve by 48-604. Safety Hazards The broken cable on air hoist east end of hydrogenators has been repaired.
