Ceorge Jacobson, !I.D. Department of Radiology Los Angeles County Hospital 1200 Uorth State Street Los Angelas, California 90033 Dear Hr. Jacobson: To follow this letter, under separate cover are chest files from workers in an asbestos plant in Tyler, Tesas. As you will see, these era not our x-rsy3, but recent films taken by tha East Texas State Chest Hospital. We were clloved to borrow the originals (rathej^thaa the copies they offered to make) only after considerable "wrapping,11 so I hope you can read then as soon aa possible and return then. We will probably be using just you and Dr. Fclsca na readers since this isn't part of the textile study. Since these era hospital flits, they are being sent in their hospital Jackets and have no PELS identifying number. We are listing then, therefore, by patient ness, in alphabetical order on the reading sheets with hospital cumber for checkins* The nn=*c end number are on both film and Jacket. Looking forward to saeting you in Phoeniz*
\ Sincerely yours,
