Y. The meeting will immediately follow a joint luncheon of Directors of L.I.A. and the .American Zinc Institute, Inc., to be held on the mezzanine floor of Les Champs Restaurant, 25 East kOth Street, between Madison and Park Avenues, at 12:00 Noon. If you have not already done so, please notify us whether you expect to be present at the luncheon. 1. Approval of minutes of previous meeting (April 28, 1965). 2. Approval of transfer of certain properties and rights to the new corporation, International Lead Zinc Research Organization, Inc. 3. Approval of assignment of lease on the 19th floor at 292 Madison Ave., New York, to I.L.Z.R.O., Inc. k. Receive and act upon Industry Development Committee recommendations for L.I.A. 1966 budget and activities. (Budget as submitted to I.D.C. is attached. Changes made by I.D.C. at its meeting on November 30th will be transmitted by mail if time permits or will be presented at the Board meeting.) 5. Receive and act upon I.D.C recommendations for I.L.Z.R.O. 1966 budget and activities (will be received direct from I.L.Z.R.O.) 6. Approval of president's appointments to Nominating Committees for Directors and Officers at 1966 annual meeting. 7. Discuss possibility of holding 1968 annual meeting in Montreal. 8. New business. 9. Y. at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December J, 1965. The purpose of the meeting will be to act upon recommendations of the Industry Development Committee as to the budget for Association opera tion in 1966 and on such other matters as may properly come before the board at that time. A detailed agenda will be sent to you at a later date and the I.D.C. budget recommendations will be forwarded immediately following that committee's meeting on November Since the L.I.A. board meeting will be preceded by an American Zinc Institute board meeting in the morning of the 6ame day, a joint luncheon for members of both boards is being planned. So that proper arrangements can be made for the luncheon won't you please let us know whether you will plan to attend or not.
