Please review the report in preparation for the November 9 Committee meeting, and complete your assignments. I expect to receive the draft video script on the Midland transfer kit from Gerry Portis on November 6. I will fax you the script as soon as I receive it. Vergel Perry should follow up on submission of vinyl chloride transportation information to Ludwig Benner; 3. vinyl chloride plant safety questionnaire proposed by Oxychem. Please review the questionnaire with your legal departments prior to the meeting and bring your comments/concerns to the meeting; 4. August 31,1995, letter from Dow Canada and September 29,1995, letter from Westlake Monomers on standardization of tank cars in vinyl chloride service; and, 5. dinner and business meeting information. We will meet in the lobby of Days Inn at 6:15 p.m. to go to dinner at the New Formosa Guest House. You also may go directly to the Guest House. For the business meeting, we will meet in the lobby of Days Inn at 8:00 a.m. Once again, you may go directly to the meeting site. Frank Rowland will be in Point Comfort starting November 6.
