Recommendations of the Board of Trustees for amend ments to the Code of Regulations of the Foundation a. to increase the nunher of members of the Board of Trustees; b. to eliminate the Educational Committee; c. to redefine the functions of the liedleal Committee, the Preventive Bigineering Committee, end the Legal Committee; d. to create an Executive Committee and define ita powers and duties; e. to change the membership fee; f. to prescribe the amount of tha annual dues for 1937; g. to define the rights and privileges of the members paying such dues; 2.
