The meeting place will be at the Holiday Inn on 1-55 and Brooks Road. Glen Schaaf indicated in his letter of December 22, 1970 that you could make your reservation through him. If you prefer to make your reservation direct with Holiday Inn, please do so, but also inform Glen Schaaf of your intentions so we will know how many are coming. Time of the initial meeting on February 10, 1971 will be 8:30 a.m. Estimated expenses will be about 320,00 excluding your room but including lunch both days, cocktails and dinner the evening of February 10, the meeting room and coffee breaks, assuming the attendance to be about the same as the May, 1970 meeting. Again, we wish to urge you to submit your membership requests officially, if you have not done so, and appoint a permanent representative.
