As mentioned, the Vinyl Institute is holding it's annual fly in meeting in May. A request for Ryan Jackson to speak to the group on May 17th was previously forwarded by the organization. This request is for the Executive Committee of the Vinyl Institute to meet for 15 minutes with the Administrator the day before the fly-in, on May 16th at any point during that day the Administrator is available. The executive committee represents four large chemical companies that produce products such as PVC. Also, when I met with the Administrator a couple of weeks ago an invitation was extended to speak to the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA) Annual Conference during the weekend of June 3-4 at any time he would be available.
