MINUTES OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE DIRECTORS Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors of GLIDDEN EUROPE INC, at 900 Union Commerce Building, Cleveland, Ohio, December 14, 1967, 11:00 o'clock A.H., all of the Directors being present, viz.: William G. Phillips Paul W. Neidhardt George S. Warner Robert E. Dorfraeyer Richard K. Dutton Thereupon the meeting was cal-led to order by Mr. William G. Phillips, Chairman, and Hr. Richard K. Dutton, Secretary, recorded the minutes. The Chairman called for the election of officers. The following officers of the Corporation were nominated and on motion made and seconded, unanimously elected to office until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders and until their successors are elected and qualify.
