The pictures I've been seeing of Houston are extraordinary. I would have waited a bit longer at EPA HQ (I ended up leaving about 10:20 a.m.), but I was thinking that perhaps you had emailed me this morning and canceled/postponed. As it happens, I got up a bit earlier than usual and drove directly to EPA HQ, not stopping by my office, and so wasn't in a position to easily check any emails I might have received. In any case, no harm done. And, again, I know you've got more pressing matters on your plate at the moment. I would still very much like to meet, when it would be convenient for you, be that later this week or whenever. Rather than try to catch me in my office, or on my cell phone, please feel to contact me at this email address when time and your schedule permits. Thank you. David Harlow 17cv1906 Sierra Club v.
