The Resilite facility is located at 200 Point Township Drive, Northumberland, Pennsylvania 17857. Resilite requests a two-year period as the length of compliance. This time period will allow for the electrical infrastructure in the region to be developed enabling implementation of appropriate control technology for air emissions at the facility. The electrical capacity in the area of the Resilite facility is currently insufficient and not available to support implementation of a control technology as required by the Plan Approval. Continued manufacturing of product at this facility is critical to the national security interests of the United States as Resilite is the world's largest mat manufacturer for mats of this type. Resilite has been manufacturing quality athletic mats since 1959, having grown from its start as a wrestling mat producer to its standing today as the leading manufacturer of protective mats and padding for wrestling, gymnastics, cheerleading, pre-school, tumbling, martial arts, and more. Resilite's reputation for customer satisfaction and first-class workmanship has made Resilite, a United States Company, one of the world's largest mat manufacturers. As a women-owned, family-owned and operated American business, the requirement to install a control technology costing several million dollars places a disproportionate burden on Resilite and jeopardizes Resiite's financial well-being.
