I have asked Clyde Neely to lead this effort which will require resources and Input from Maintenance groups. Purchasing, Safety and Health as well as Engineering Technology skill centers. Clyde will, in the next couple of weeks, develop a plan out lining the general steps required for this program between now and January 1989.
