Because the CAR's have not yet been approved, I am requesting Management approval to commit an additional $380,000 (Burlington Water Stripping Column Package Skid unit, Nash or Sihi Vacuum system, Water Stripper Feed Tank, and Slurry Pumps) in addition to the $350,000 which has already been committed for the three(3) incinerators and $70,000 which has been expended for outside engineering.
