However, there is work and data that teams need to do in sequence in order to run the final Toxctiem model. From what 1 understand. Rick's team was gathering more accurate data on influent to the WWTP. I also understand that we need some data regarding sorption kinetic data for the compound of interest to input into the model. Maria's team was going to develop that data. We can run a sensitivity analyses on the model to see how bad they impact the outcome of the model- We will need that data for the final run of the model. Rick - can you get us this in time so that we can run some iterations on the ToxChem model? -- Irene Ann K Masse ^ Ann K Masse 04/02/2003 06:03 PM To: cc: Subject: Irene A Legiec/AE/DuPont@DuPont, Mark D Richmond/AE/DuPont@DuPont Catherine A Barton/AE/DuPont@DuPont Dispersion modeling data folks. We need to have this data to Cathy by the end of next week (4/11). We are under a tight tfmeline to deliver results and it will be an iterative process as we learn more. - Thanks Let me know if you have any difficulty meeting 4/11. -- Ann _------------------- Forwarded by Ann K Masse/HO/DuPont on 04/02/2003 06:00 PM ----------------------- </ Catherine A Barton 03/24/2003 07:35 PM To: cc: Subject: Irene A Legiec/AE/DuPont@DuPont, Mark D Richmond/AE/DuPont@DuPont Ann K Masse/HO/DuPontQDuPont, Maria S Angelo/AE/DuPont@DuPont, Charles J Zarzecki/AE/DuPont@DuPont Dispersion modeling data Irene and Mark, Thanks for donating your valuable time today. Just to make sure I've captured the information correctly, let me recap. You guys are going to run your TOXCHEM model to see if we even generate an emission rate from the basins in Environmental Treatment. If you do generate a number and it seems unreasonable, you will apply the appropriate reduction factor to account for removal in the system before informing us of that emission rate. Since Charlie has run the model on your exact system, I believe the EID747741 emission rate is all we need. If TOXCHEM generates no emission rate, we will document that for EPA and assume no modeling of that area is necessary. You also mentioned you would look at the stripper to see if we need to consider it as an emission point. If so, we'll have to make some assumptions about what the emission rate is and how many days/weeks/months we need to consider to capture the representative emissions. I think that's it. Please let me know if I've misunderstood anything or if you have any questions. (774-8027) Many thanks, Cathie EID747742
