EPA 18cv3472 NDCA l Tier 3/4 ED 002061 00171709-00001 RESTORATION ASSISTANCE & AWARDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RAAMS) APPLICATION STATUS UPDATE July 11, 2018 Commitment and Planning Support FPL (2017 CPS FPL) Five Commitment and Planning Support grants have been awarded to the States of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas for a total $10,493,880. The Interagency Agreement between the Council and the Coast Guard has been approved for $1,964,766. lAA's have been drafted for review and signature by the Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the agreement with the Department of the Interior is currently being drafted by Council staff. Spill Impact Component Three Planning State Expenditure Plans (PSEPs) have been approved, and three PSEP grants have been awarded to the Gulf Consortium and states of Mississippi and Texas. Two State Expenditure Plans (SEPs) have been submitted in RAAMS and approved by the Council Chair, the Louisiana SEP and the Mississippi SEP. The Mississippi SEP was amended to add additional funds and projects, with approval by the Chair on April 16, 2018. An amendment to the Louisiana SEP to include six Parish Matching Projects was approved on June 18, 2018. In addition, the Gulf Consortium submitted a Stand-Up SEP, which was approved by the Chair on April 23, 2018, to prepare for implementation of the future Florida SEP. $44,295,859 in grants have been awarded to date under this component.
