As it is in the interest of both, CAPCO and J.M. Voith A.G., to finish the installation job fast and satisfactorily,sufficient and skilled workmen should oe made available at site during erection by xhe CAPCO Company. If overtime work, exceeding 40 hours per v/eek should be asked for, J.M. Voith A.O. will charge the following for such work, the charges to be applied on top of the daily fees mentioned before: For work between 6 am and 8 am and between 5 pm and 3 pm on normal work days (iu0nday to Friday)and between 8 am and 5 pm on Saturdays. If during these eight weeks deficiences should occur, for which the remedy would be the responsibility of J.M. Voith A.G. con sidering the terms of "Guarantee" and "Satisfactory Operation" and which would cause interruption and/or extension of said period, these eight weeks will be prolonged by the time of such interruption and/or extension without any additional cost toCAPCC.
