Culpepper 11400 Nemours Building Wilmington, Delaware Dear Dr. Culpepper: Enclosed are the Asbestos- X-ray Survey reports for the Remington Arms Company's Lonoke, Arkansas and Ilion, New York plants, plus a combined report for our four small sites and the field sales force. (The Bridgeport plant report was sent to you directly.) Lake City Army Ammunition Plant is postponing its report. They sent 20-30 sets of x-rays to Dr. Allem's group for review. Seven or eight showed some x-ray changes. Because of a misunderstanding of the guidelines, they sent, at first, only one of these to their chest consultant. The others are now being referred.
