On October 21, 1958, we notified all members of the Lead Industries Association that the American Welding Society had advised us that they were in a position to offer L.I.A, membera copies of the "Soldering Manual" in quantity at a considerable saving. Their stipulation was however that the combined quantity required by our members should be at least several thousand.
