As per your verbal request to me approximately two weeks ago, please find attached a workplan to conduct a limited field investigation at the Little HockingWater Assoelatlon wellfieid in the vicinity to TW-4.
We consider this Investigation as a logical extension of the GIST directed activities defined In the MMCO under Task C; "Plume IdentiflcationGroundwater Assessment".
I will await your comment/approval of the workplan before moving forward with implementation. Please contact me if you have any questions.
