Wheeler RE: Printouts of the NIOSH UC-2 Tape Dear Rob: This will acknowledge receipt of the 3 printouts from a comparlsion between the final NIOSH UC-2 Tape and the ER version tape which was sent to Nancy Wheeler in March 1983. The Printout #2 which Indicates 8,314 work history records on the NIOSH tape, which does not appear on the ER Cape, is the one of most concern to us at this time. I have given the printout to Hr. Claude Walton In our Computer Systems Department for analysis I do have a problem in that I have been unable to locate a copy of a generation of the NIOSH 2 tape With the file name TX. UPDATED. UCTWO. G0012V0O, created ,_7 day 259 of 1981. It would be helpful If the Information is available to know if this tape generation in September 1981 was merely a copy of a previously created s ^ tape and who requested this particular tape generation. The rather extensive audit and updating of our final UC-2 tape received directly from NIOSH occured in May of 1981.
