On March 20, 2024, the Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 Air Enforcement Branch conducted an inspection of JAKS Automotive Enterprise LLC dba Big 3 Diesel & Automotive Repair facility located in Tampa, Florida. We have enclosed the final inspection report generated for this inspection (Enclosure A).
The EPA previously sent Big 3 Diesel & Automotive Repair a copy of the draft inspection report in an email dated May 6, 2024, allowing Big 3 Diesel & Automotive Repair the opportunity to make any comments on the report and to claim any information contained in the report as confidential business information (CBI). In an email on May 15, 2024, Big 3 Diesel & Automotive Repair notified the EPA that the company does not wish to claim any part of the inspection report as CBI.
