I saw that Karen Hawbecker sent you the attached memo detailing the implications of the recent Secretarial Order on the Onshore Orders and the Venting and Flaring Rule. I had spoken with SOL about putting this together in response to your request during yesterday's Chief of Staff meeting. Please let me know if this is what you had in mind and whether you would like anything additional in advance of today's briefings.
