LOCATION: Stamford, Connecticut
Submitted herewith you will find photocopies of the recently completed examination and evaluation reports from Marvin L Amdur, M.D. of the Buffalo Industrial Medical Center for twenty-one (21) employees of the Akron, New York Gypsum Division Plant.
I have reviewed the reports submitted by Dr. Amdur and have either checked and/or underlined in red the information I consider pertinent.
Examination reports indicate that one employee, ~
-~ __
has significant pulmonary fibrosis, five employees have mild to moderace
ventilatory impairment or emphysema Indications, one employee has a history
of asthma without evidence of disability, one employee with a history of
chonic bronchitis with minimal Increase in bronchovascular markings possibly
due to obesity and the remaining thirteen employees with normal findings.
It is noted that under date of 10/30 Jim Hurd requested Jack Rauch to completely Investigate the work history of Mr. McCarger which appears to be entirely appropriate.
May I suggest that you review the entire set of twenty-one examination reports with Mr. Hurd and advise this writer as to the appropriate course of action we should now take.
Thank you for your assistance and guidance.
