RESULTS
Based on visual observations, the water control was clear with no color at test start. The 1.0,10, and 100 mg/L test
solutions were clear and colorless, with a small amount of white, undissolved test material present. The 1000 mg/L
test solution was cloudy, with a small amount of white, undissolved test material present. After 24 hours of
exposure, the undissolved test material was no longer visible. Mortalities at the end of the study were 0,0, 0,100, and 100% in the 0, 1.0, 10, 100, and 1000 mg/L test solutions, respectively. All remaining surviving fish appeared
normal. The 96-hour LCso, based on nominal concentrations and mortality, was 32 mg/L, with lower and upper
confidence bounds of 10 and 100 mg/L, respectively. All water quality parameters were within acceptable ranges
during the exposure.

CONCLUSIONS
H-24390 exhibited medium toxicity in a 96-hour, unaerated, static acute test using fathead minnows, Pimephales promelas.
