John's counterpart for BLM is Nicole Hayes (their ANWR project manager), and for FWS it is Wendy Loya (who oversees the Arctic LCC). For energy assessments, Dave Houseknecht is the USGS lead, and as you know, he is a well-connected resource for all involved. There wasn't much time for coordination since we were unfortunately closed yesterday due to the storm. So we don't yet have the budget numbers for Dave Houseknecht's work. I've copied him and Walter on this message so they can input/change that part. We just put in placeholders. We also haven't heard back yet from Frank Urban, so that budget is an estimate. I know in the past we've spent $40K on a recurring borehole inspection requirement (eveiy 5 years), but the annual field budget for this activity is probably less than that (I'm guessing), so I put in $20K. I'm copying Doug Beard, but this is coming out of left field at him, so he may or may not know about it. Let me know if you have any questions.
