Kovaclch was advised that this issue vas already under discussion * by the local parties vho expected to have a program in place by the first of the year. The Company acknowledged thap there vere probably employ, exposed than vere originally thought. Carcinogens & The Company advised the union of the unit health and safety representative'* request at Sharonville for the Company to provide death certificates on all deceased hourly employes at that location. The Company indicated that that request would be denied because that information is not readily available at the plant and that requests for such information Bhould be channeled through the National Committee. The union representatives did not quarrel, with that position and instead advised the Compiny that they.would make a presentation to the Company at-the January meeting to explain and.clarify their cancer program.
