The facility is located outside Russellville, Pope County, Arkansas from Interstate 40, then right on Highway 124, then right onto Highway 326, and right onto a gas lease road at 35.328333, -93.043333. No facility representatives were present at the time of the inspection. The inspection was conducted by the authority of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to determine compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION EPA conducted an inspection on the Rheba SWD, LLC / Rheba 20-2 SWDS Tank Battery, which contained one (1) tank battery, three (3) storage frac tanks for produced water, one (1) unloading containment area, and one (1) Class II saltwater disposal (SWD) injection well. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN No closing conference was held due to no personnel with Rheba SWD, LLC being present during the inspection. Section IV - FOLLOW UP I was unable to access the facility at the time of the inspection due to a locked gate. A joint inspection with EPA and AOGC is scheduled for 02/13/2025.
