II, iMrpose The purpose ot this work practice standard is to limit exposure of workers to vinyl ehloridd monomor in synthetic poly"'**1 manufactur* 1ng. Tills work practice standard shall not apply to synthetic polymer containing 0.1% or less or vinyl chloride monomer, III.
