In a letter dated April 15th, 1931, Mr. Hunter merely stated that he was referring my letter to his representative at St. Marys, West Virginia and that, if there were any further necessity, he would communicate with me again. He further stated that the two women involved in the case were entirely well and that the dealer did not anticipate any considerable amount of trouble Prom this and from the fact that I have received no further information, I would conclude that the suit had been settled out of court.
