We maintain and have available to you, through your Depart ment Head, your exposure data, area monitoring data, chemical data, and your medical records. It will be our normal practice to review such information with you when it is collected or when a need is expressed. Some of these records will be maintained within your department, and others in the Plant Safety, Health and Medical Departments. Your supervisor can arrange for timely access for you upon request.
