EPA ED 001523B 00004138-00005 Sydney - the Governor would like to discuss CERCLA 108(b) hard rock mining regulations, a local mine that we've been working with EPA Region 9 on (to avoid Superfund) and funding for the EPA delegated programs for air and water. On the logistical side, we will have a Virginia State Police officer driving us, but I've told him that we don't need him to accompany us in the building. However, would it be possible to have a space for him to park while he waits for us? Could you let me know the best place to enter, etc? Thanks! The Governor is meeting with Secretary Perry at 10am, and then with the Attorney General was shifted to 11:15, so it makes it pretty difficult. The Governor would be available in the morning as well - could accommodate a breakfast meeting or anything up to a 9am meeting. We could also try to do a late meeting on the 25th, he lands at 330pm, so we could try to make a 5p or 6p meeting work, too. Appreciate anything you can do to help make this work!
