At the present time there are 2,740 hours of McGraw Engineering time charged to the subject job that should not be considered as Design Engineering as per attached sheet from N. G. Sellers of the KcGraw Construction Company.
Based on Shop Detail Drawings 1,238 hours should be"charged to KC-5651-201-210 for steel detailing eliminated from the Purchase order on J. J. Weiler and Sons on Amco P.0. HDG-426961. The balance of 1,502 hours should be charged to MS-1330 for abandoned Sgnineering. This Engineering should be billed through Contract 850 at a 4^ Construction Fee.
