The request is for an extension of time to resolve the violations and submit the missing Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), as required by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. The extension is approved. The due date for DMR submittals is now June 2, 2025. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is committed to ensuring the implementation of, and compliance with, with Clean Water Act (CWA), 33 U.S.C. 1251-1387, and NPDES permits issued under the CWA, which helps to meet its mission of protecting human health and the environment. This office helps meet the mission through compliance assistance and/or enforcement proceedings where necessary. Granting this extension to the AO is by the discretion of this office. Issuance of an extension shall not be deemed an election by EPA to waive any administrative, judicial, civil, or criminal action to seek penalties, fines, or other relief under the Act for the violations cited herein, or other violations that become known to EPA.
