To this sample I added 3.3% 7M05 asbestos to simulate your standard. It appears that this standard can b e duplicated by adding 12 pounds of SWP E-790 and 20 pounds of bentonite, to your 3000 pound batch. On the next available truck I am sending you 20 pounds of SWP E-790 which is 60% solids and 40% water. Therefore, it takes 20 pounds to get 12 pounds of fiber. The cost on this material wil l be .60 per pound F.O.B., San Carlos. Please prepare a batch of V-100, leaving the asbestos out and adding 20 pounds of SWP E-790 and 20 pounds of bentonite.
