Hello Joe,
I'm happy to let you know that Administrator Pruitt would like to accept your invitation to speak at the Westem Governor's Association Winter Meeting. In looking at the agenda, I had a few questions regarding the best time for him to speak. I see that the keynote is 3:30-4PM on that Friday. Ideally, we would like to get him on a flight mid-afternoon that day for his next event. Could you provide a little more information about the agenda and the possibility of him delivering his remarks at potentially the breakfast or lunch that day instead? We understand and want his address to be a "keynote" setting, but just need a little more information on if there is flexibility and what you would recommend.
He will also absolutely want to take advantage of the private meeting time with Governors as well. I will have our Intergovernmental group reach out to the POC to set those up once we determine his speaking time.

Hayley: Greetings from the Western Governors' Association. I manage communications for WGA and handle agenda development for our meetings.
Thank you for considering our request to have Administrator Pruitt deliver a keynote at the 2017 WGA Winter Meeting, Dec. 1-2 at the Arizona Biltmore. As noted in the attached Speaker Request form, we would welcome the Administrator's participation on either day. The attached agenda shows the public meeting schedule and also notes when the Governors are available for private sidebar meetings with the Administrator, should he seek one-on-ones.
The nonpartisan, collegial spirit of WGA meetings has consistently provided an opportunity for collaborative and productive discussions between Cabinet members and Governors on Western policy issues. It would be our honor to continue that tradition with Administrator Pruitt.
