Given the uncertainty with the various schedules, I am recommending we postpone August 8thto find a date that would be inclusive of the entire group. Visiting the state is a priority of Administrator Wheeler; however, we are receiving conflicting messages about the location of a potential visit based on the various schedules. Based on the feedback and availability we initially received, we were planning to visit the Cedar Rapids area but understand this is no longer the delegation's wish.
