Cruickshank Acting Director APR 1 8 Land and Minerals Maria nent Subject: Bureau of Ocean Energy Management Response to Secretarial Order 3349, Section 5 c (v) In response to the directive in Section 5 c (v) of Secretary's Order 3349 requesting information on "other actions impacting energy development," the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has compiled a list of actions per the Secretary's Order that "potentially burden the development or utilization of domestically produced energy resources, with particular attention to oil, natural gas, coal and nuclear resources."
