DISCUSSION:API Executive Committee call regarding request for advance money and contract through CinPathogen - status BP: Not sure; wants more detail Chevron: Will not approve ConocoPhillips: Anticipate approval ExxonMobil Will approve Shell Anticipate approval ACTION: API will notify BHRC members of outcome of EC decision. 3. DECISION: 4 of the 5 sponsors of the Shanghai Health Study, upon approval by the API Executive Committee, (BP, ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, and Shell approved; Chevron did not approve), approved transfer of an advance of $800,000 to CinPathogen in support of the Shanghai Health Study prior to the contract being put in place. ACTION: Patsy to request that Michael Bird set up a call with Dr. Richard Irons for SH ELL-MCCLU RG-066400 purposes of providing more detail on the budget proposals. (Done) 5. ACTION: Consortium members to review Dr. Richard Irons' April 5, 2007 proposal. Send comments to OC, TC, and API. Patsy will consolidate comments. 6.
