Thank you for your kind letter of April 24. 201 7. following our meeting in Washington. D.C.. in March of this year. I appreciate your taking the time to \isit with me again following our initial meeting in Houston, Texas.
I. too. look forward to working with you to promote economic growth through resource development while protecting the environment. I share your interest in advancing technology, innovation and the creation of new jobs in these tields.
Unfortunately, my plans for visiting Ottawa in late June have changed as I will have to cut my visit to Charlottetown short due to Congressional hearings in Washington. I look forward to tinding another time to visit Ottawa to continue our conversation on advancing our cooperation on natural resource and the environment.
