Enclosed is a copy of the final inspection report generated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Region 4 Air Enforcement Branch for the on-site compliance inspection conducted at the Haggai Truck Center, LLC (Haggai Truck Center) facility located in Griffin, Georgia on July 30, 2024.
The EPA previously sent Haggai Truck Center a copy of the draft inspection report via File Transfer Protocol on September 17, 2024, allowing Haggai Truck Center the opportunity to make comments on the report and to claim any information contained in the report as confidential business information (CBI). The EPA requested that Haggai Truck Center review the report and respond no later than September 25, 2024. As of October 2, 2024, Haggai Truck Center has not provided any comments or made a CBI claim.
