... we got litigious, reporting that a developer of a failed carbon capture and sequestration project in Texas has launched a suit against the Department of Energy, charging that the department breached a contract with the developer when it pulled federal support for the project last summer.
Staying in court, environmentalists have filed suit trying to force a legally binding deadline for EPA to respond to their years-old petition asking the agency to issue rules|||| to reduce greenhouse gas and conventional air emissions from concentrated animal |||| feeding operations, after a previous similar deadline suit failed on procedural grounds. ||f|
