Mr# E# W, Webb, Ethyl Gasoline Corp. 25 Broadway New York City.
Dear Mr. Webb:
Mr. Siebenthaler returned today from his visit of the Standard Oil of Indiana Company mixing points and I now have full information on the exact state of all of their equipment. Prom a short conver sation that Siebenthaler had with Mr* Mittnaeht he gave the impression that you intended asking me to go to Chi cago with you in order to present^ to their representa tives the type of changes and improvements which we wish to make. If this is what you wish I shall be very glad to do it and I shall prepare a statement not only as to the physical equipment but as to the condition of men at various points in their territory. Since I wrote you last on this point there are a few additional details which lead us to believe that a number'of these men are absorbing lead. We intend to Investigate this matter very carefully at once, but there is some reason to be lieve that If present conditions persist we shall even tually have some cases of lead poisoning.
I shall be very glad to present all of these matters to you before you visit them, or, to have them at hand if you wish me to go with you to Chicago. It shall make it a point to arrange my v^ork so that I can meet your convenience in the matter If you wish me to go.
Very truly yours,
RAXiEJ
