On jobs of this nature, where materials have already been purchased and we are not familiar with the conditions of the job eto, we mould be reluctant in submitting a firm bid on a'labor contract only. We believe a substantial sawing can be effected by handling a labor contract on a cost pins basis, en which cur terms would be as follows. Actual labor, at prevailing rate of scale, pins $.06% Ins, Plus 13% Overhead, Plus 10% Profit, Since XI Paso is in the Albuquerque territory, we would no doubt use men froa that Local, with the exception of a foreman whieh we would send from Borgsr. All card men would receive bos fere,fctravml time to the job from their respective locals, eithms Borgsr or XI Paso, when they reported to the job and theyb would also receive bus fere and travel time from the job back to their respective locals after the job waa completed. All card men also would receive room and board to the amount of $24,50 per week while on the job, Vo would send only what men that wss actually required for the job eed would assure you that a very relalble competent foreman would be furnished from Borgor.
