Monitor budgets on a monthly basis and ensure that expenditures do not exceed approved budget levels.
2. Integration of Industrial Hygiene with Safety
The Industrial Hygiene and Safety activities ill be integrated

during the year, e.g. training courses, newsletters, plant
audits. This will maximise our services and minimise
duplication.

3. Training
a) Present a combined Fundamental Industrial Hygiene and
Safety Management Course.
(1st Quarter)
b) Develop and present a train-ths-trainer workshop for
OSHA/SARA worker emergency response.
(2nd Quarter)
(Both sessions involve a joint effort of Industrial Hygiene and Safety and a consolidation of training courses.) '
4. WISHES
a) Develop WISHES software and manual for Westinghouse Canada
containing international exposure limits consistent with
Canadian regulations.

b) Develop biological monitoring module to retain medical
monitoring records as per OSHA and corporate medical
requirements.

5. Document retention/reduetion of historical corporate and plant
Industrial Hygiene Records.

6. Develop a I of existing Industrial Hygiens Policies.
Procedures and Guidelines to distribute toacquired or new
Westinghouse plants.

7. Westinghouse Materials Evaluation Program
a) Finalise and issue as scheduled 25 new or revised Westinghouse Safe Practice DataSheets. (1st Quarter)
b) Update all vendor Material Safety Data Sheets in our Files
(about 25,000 MSDS).
(4th Quarter)
8. Radiation Safety
Update Management Directive MD-R15 Radiation Safety and the
eleven (11) Westinghouse Guidelines for Radiation Safety
Programs.

9. Asbestos
a) Finalise and issue the Vastinghouse Asbestos Abatement
Project Procedure.

b) Develop guidelines tor Asbestos Assessment and Abatement
for Vastinghouse Credit Corporation new and refinancing
loans.

10. Checklist
Develop a checklist of industrial hygiene subjects to be included in the Environmental Control Audit Program.

11. Personnel Development Vill Consist of:
a) Participation in technical seminar (as the budget permits) to effectively maintain professional certification and manage asbestos abatement project to minimize corporate expenses.
b) Cross training by participating in joint Vastinghouse plant audits, e.g. DOT Regulatory Compliance, Safety.
