Although operators of askarel transformers have used this askarel guide as a reference manual in the past, environ mental regulations on PCB*s are changing rapidly and have made the bulletin obsolete. This bulletin will not be updated. (May I suggest that you destroy all copies in your files and offices so we donft inadvertently supply obsolete information to the industry.) If your company has ever used our bulletin as a supplement to your own literature, we want you to be aware of our decision.
