Dauvergne who i s Chairman of the Central Commission on Automobiles and T ra ffic. This M. Dauvergne i s at the moment engaged in writing a second report for submission to h is Council, and he is anxious to have any comments that we can offer on Professor Bordas's report, so that he can reply in some way to the various points raised .
